Ernie Beltz Jr.

Are you planning an event or looking for a speaker at your next conference or meeting? This process can (and will) prove to be challenging and maybe even overwhelming. With all of that being said, I’m happy you stopped by. I have a passion for people and speaking, and enjoy crafting new messages based on my experiences and thoughts to help motivate people or call a group to action.

Whether business meetings, national conferences or high school and college events, I’ve done it all. I can help you engage your audience and motivate them when they get back to the office or classroom. Too often, speakers have one speech that has been retold many times. I pride myself on taking the time to get to know you, your organization and your expectations prior to walking on the stage. It’s my goal to not only share my thoughts and stories, but to inspire you and your team.

I’d really enjoy talking with you more about your upcoming event. Feel free to contact me anytime with questions or to brainstorm about your conference or other event.

Take a minute to look around my website to learn more about me and some of the talks that I most frequently base my speeches on. I’ve included links to several e-books about some of the topics I cover — so be sure to download them.

Thanks for stopping by! I look forward to working with you.

  • I would like to take this opportunity to express to you, on behalf of the student body at Sanford-Brown College Austin, for taking your valuable time to embrace us with your experience and instructional talk.

I feel as though we will definitely see things in a different light after having heard from you. At the least I, as a student, want to personally thank you for coming to our fine school.

Having had your appearance, I would like to hope that you will come back in the future.
